Avalon builds waterproof rooms under existing homes.
The following two photos show a before and after. Along the wall on the right, Avalon employed shoring techniques that allowed the new retaining wall below to align flush with the existing stem wall above.

We can put a basement under an existing house.
In this example, we installed four 3.5" diameter round shaft helix piers to support the interior of a two-story one hundred year-old Victorian, then excavated around the helix piers.
These heavy duty helix piers have ample lateral strength to stand without lateral soil support.
